Running on the 4th

It’s good to know that running is becoming traditional amongst my friends on the 4th of July. We did it, Chris and Kristin did it, even Jim did (although his link is to twitter with its anti-indexed mentality). Go us!

    Robin did too (four miles) though she’s not nearly as “out” about it than I am.

    All this exercise reeks of good health and concern for our personal well-being. What the hell happened to us?
